2. The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 24.09.2019, passed by the District Programme Officer, Sheikhpura in Case No. 02 of 2019, whereby petitioner's appointment as Anganwari Sevika has been cancelled.

3. It is the petitioner's case that the said order has been passed without giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. The scheme under which the petitioner was appointed as Anganwari Sevika provides a forum of representation before the District Magistrate against the order of the District Programme

It has been stated in paragraph 13 of this application that the petitioner has filed an application before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura against the said order dated 24.09.2019 on 16.10.2019, which is still pending. A copy of the application said to have been filed by the petitioner on 16.10.2019 has, however, been not brought on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura pass final order on the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2019, if filed and not already disposed of, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
