JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail and furthermore, it would appear that the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 03-12-2014 and after that, he was arrested on 12-05-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 141 of 2014 arising out of Baikunthpur P.S.
