2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2016 in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the veracity of the seizure list is doubtful as none of the neighbours has been made witness.

Considering however that the live cartridges were recovered from the hut of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U T
