The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner, the Citizen of India for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent authorities to take necessary action in compliance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8956 of 2023(2) dt.19-09-2023 2/3 order dated 30.11.22 passed in Complaint No.4351101 25032207749/2A by the Secretary-Cum-Second Appellate Authority (Public Grievance) Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder the complaint made by petitioner with respect to "Nal- Jal Scheme) in Ward No.3,4,6,7,8,9 in Lodipur Panchayat within khizarasari Block in the District of Gaya has been directed to complete the same and to take necessary action against the concerned authority but despite several representation filed by petitioner the same has neither been complied nor any action has been taken and for grant of any other suitable relief /reliefs which be found entitled in facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8956 of 2023(2) dt.19-09-2023 3/3 petitioners before the District Magistrate, Gaya, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
