This application has been preferred for compliance of order dated 28.01.2015 passed in CWJC No. 21078 of 2014. A show cause on behalf of Bihar School Examination Board is on record in which it has been clarified that it published the final result on 23.04.2018 and further, the final result was uploaded on the website.

Patna High Court MJC No.1940 of 2019(6) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 It is his further contention that the result of the candidate was sent to the District Education Officer, Patna on 17.11.2018 and also made available to the petitioner on 19.11.2018 and as such the Board has complied the order. Learned State Counsel submits that the direction was to the Board.

In the view of the said show cause filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board that the order stands complied (on 13.11.2019) has not been controverted by the petitioner by filing any rejoinder.

This Court is convinced that the order stands complied.

The MJC No. 1940 of 2019 stands disposed of.
