The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-B) A/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and one Babloo Ansari @ Sadakat Ansari were apprehended from a Maruti car and from the beneath of the driving seat one country made pistol was recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua (Kaimur) in Bhabua P.S.
