Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that he has no objection if transfer of case from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur.

Considering the stand taken by the of opposite party, the present application stands allowed. The matrimonial (divorce) case no. 31 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is transferred to Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is directed to transfer the record of the case to transferee Court i.e. the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur within a period of fifteen days from the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.2263 of 2017(4) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 receipt/production of the copy of this order and the transferee Court i.e. Family Court, Samastipur is directed to dispose of the matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 31 of 2017 at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of record from the Court of Family Court, Munger. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
