In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Information was received by the Canara Bank that some person is withdrawing the amount fraudulently from the saving bank account number and later on, the petitioner has been made an accused in the present case.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the transaction was not done by the petitioner, nor any money has gone to his account, he has been trapped in the present case on account of phone number on which the Bank had made enquiry in the aforesaid matter.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
