JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 This case has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.8.2019 and he was directed to surrender on 28.8.2019 but the order was communicated in the month of September, 2019, as such he could not surrender.

In view of the above, order dated 20.8.2019 is modified to the extent that "the petitioner has to surrender before the learned court below within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order" and rest part of the order shall remain intact.
