Let the same be kept on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the persons named in the F.I.R. claimed to have paid a sum of Rs.10,000/ etc. to the petitioner for the purpose of allotment of a shop in Gulabbagh Bazar Samiti.

It is submitted by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case for oblique reasons. He does not hold any position to

The allegation of demand by the petitioner or any payment made to him in respect of the allotment of shop are all false and concocted. The petitioner is in custody since 3.5.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months and investigation in the case having been concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no. 25 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
