Petitioner is named in the first information report which has been registered on the basis of complaint case, filed by the informant. Moreover, from perusal of the first information report, it appears that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and just after death of the deceased, the brother of the deceased lodged U. D. case, giving information that deceased died of heart attack. Moreover, after receipt of viscera report, it was detected that the deceased was poisoned to death. No doubt, there is allegation that petitioner had illicit relation with the wife of the deceased but except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27038 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K.
