The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Lalan Paswan and Bogal Singh @ Kundan Kumar in para 44 and 64 of the case diary. It is submitted that except confession there is no material against the petitioner. Lalan Paswan and Bogal Singh @ Kundan Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
