2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Civil Lines P.S. Case No.422 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion. The F.I.R. is against unknown person. The recovery of the incriminating article is from the possession of co-accused Pappu @ Rashid and on the basis of his statement, the name of the petitioner has surfaced.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
