Mr. Deepak Sahay, AC to AAG-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

Admittedly, the appellant, who is son-in-law, is seeking relief of appointment on compassionate ground. The father-in-law, who had no son, due to ill health, took voluntary retirement. As the scheme of the compassionate appointment does not envisage the appointment of son-in-law, but as the appellant has worked for 27 years, there will be no recovery from him.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1678 of 2018(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 However, we are not putting any hurdle to raise the dispute before any forum or any Court.

This appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.

Consequently, I.A.No.8962 of 2018 also stands disposed of.
