2. The petitioner in the present is seeking proper investigation of Ziradei P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Having regard to the fact that the investigation in this case is complete and chargesheet stands filed, prayer for proper investigation is no longer entertainable. If the petitioner is aggrieved by or dissatisfied with the investigation, she can seek her remedy in accordance with law.
