JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Katra P. S. Case No. 185 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to admitted previous enmity, the petitioners, who have no criminal background and their father have been made accused in the present case. They are in custody since 09.03.2016. It is also contended that co-accused Arun Jha

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21798 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioners has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3rd July, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11726 of 2015.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Katra P.
