JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 13-11-2019 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "It is therefore, prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit this appeal, call for records of the case, issue notice to the respondents to show cause and after hearing the parties be further pleased to set aside, the order dated 06.11.2018 passed in CWJC No.19919 of 2018 by Hon'ble Mr.

Justice Shivaji Pandey.

And/or Pass such other order or orders as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

On account of subsequent event, one of the reasons that the incumbent has since retired and demitted office, no further order is required to be passed. Also we find no reason to pass any further order in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the appeal as well as the contempt petition stands dismissed. It is contended on behalf of the writ petitioner that

Patna High Court L.P.A No.64 of 2019(5) dt.13-11-2019 3/3 emoluments have yet not been disbursed.

Mr. P. K. Verma, AAG-3, learned counsel for the State submits that necessary order has been passed and in any event, if the amount has not been released, the same shall be done positively within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
