2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85791 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1125 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, subject to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44281 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 18.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
