JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is apparent that the trial is going on and further, the learned lower court expects its disposal within four months. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

If there is active co-operation at the end of petitioner and further, if the learned lower court fails to dispose of the trial within four months, then in that event, apart from having an explanation at the end of learned lower court, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to cooperate with the trial court in getting the witnesses examined on each and every date, so that the trial be concluded within four months.
