Petitioner is in custody in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A) 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the FIR itself, it would be evident that sister of the informant was dropped at the residence by the accused persons before lodging the FIR. From the FIR, it does not appear that any mischief was committed by the this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
