Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 628 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 25(a) (1A)(1AA)/(1-B)ab/ 26 (1)(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7119 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35147 of 2022(5) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 628 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
