ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2013 in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.201 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 307/34 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, which is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

On the earlier occasion, vide order dated 19.12.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18477 of 2014, this Court after considering the case of the petitioner and also perusing the case diary had rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The petitioner is the husband and soon after the marriage, the girl was done to death.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27808 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Considering that there are overwhelming materials on record and in the case diary, this Court had earlier rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. However, there does not seem to be any further fresh materials to convince this Court to extend the privilege of bail.

Under the circumstances, the prayer for bail is again rejected.
