The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.110 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant of the case is own uncle of the petitioner and due to land dispute, this occurrence has taken place. The brother of the petitioner has already been arrested.

Considering the entirety of the facts of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44946 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.110 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
