This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dighwara P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 376/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
