2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 102 kg of Ganja has been recovered from the vehicle in question. The petitioner and another co-accused were found running away from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she is aged about 60 years. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she is in custody since 10.08.2023 and she has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, this
