ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.159 of 2013(S.Tr. No.349 of 2014) registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41808 of 2014, this Court had considered the prayer for bail of the petitioner and had rejected the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has now produced a certificate of Paediatrician so as to prove that the petitioner died during the course of treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that perhaps the said certificate was not available

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27797 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 when the bail application was considered.

However, considering the aforementioned submissions and gamut of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is again rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
