The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under section 414 of the I.P.C and sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that on secret informant that the miscreants planning to loot the cash the police started checking of vehicles and the petitioner was arrested and in search loaded cartridge with mobile was recovered from his possession.
On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.4.2015. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per allegation one loaded country made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27055 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015.
