Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that when he learnt that his traceless son Chandran aged about 14 years, had been taken away by the son of the petitioner no. 1, he contacted her on which both the petitioners abused him and threatened that his son would be killed. Thereafter, dead body of informant's son was found hanging from a tree with the help of a Gamcha. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies, there is no eye witness to the occurrence, they have got no criminal antecedent and they have falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. They are in custody since

Considering the facts of the case, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Kanhauli Police Station Case No. 30 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
