This writ application has been filed for the issuance of direction upon the respondent to dispose of the record No. 73/92-93 by which the allotment of Government Gairmajarua Land to the landless soldier is pending with regard to Khata no. 4013 , Plot No. 7861 , Area - 98 decimals of Mauza- Babura , Anchal - Baraahara , District- Bhojpur.

In view of the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is dispose of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara respondent No. 2 to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner i. e,. (annexure -4), in accordance with law after hearing all the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order.

4. Accordingly , writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
