Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the victim. As a matter of fact, after death of husband on 27.2.2022, complainant in order to grab the property, filed this false case against her in laws including the petitioners. They are separate in mess and business and have got no concern with the alleged offence. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties
