Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samatipur by filing representation for redressal of his grievance, but the same is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samatipur to look into the grievance of the petitioner raised in the representation and pass appropriate order on the basis of enquiry within a reasonable time.
