The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant lodged the case for looting his money and other articles. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Rajesh Bhagat in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 and except the confession of Rajesh Bhagat that too in another case there is no material. The petitioner was arrested and he is in jail since 03.03.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27776 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar-IVth, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2013.
