The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was accosted with his money while he was returning after collecting money from retailers. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional of Sunil Chaudhary. The petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Sunil Chaudhary has already been enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
