The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the statement of the victim girl before the Magistrate that she has gone with Sonu Kumar Singh with her own will on the assurance of entering into marriage but later on other persons intervened in the matter and marriage could not be solemnized.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Sonu Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
