Patna High Court MJC No.4859 of 2018(5) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 arrears of salary has already been complied with. So far as the other benefits are concerned, the authorities have issued a memo dated 01.09.2020 in which the calculations are wrongly showed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to challenge the said memo.
