The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The informant alleged that three persons intercepted him while he was returning after attaining the call of nature. On protest, one of them fired.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. One Ajay Saw was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner was not put on T. I. parade. The petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year.

No.29588 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in S. T. No. 744/14 arising out of Bhagalpur Railway P.S. Case No. 42/14.
