There are certain typographical errors in the order, dated 05.04.2016, to the following effect:- (i) In the third and fourth line of second paragraph of the order, at page No.1, in place of Rampur P.S. Case No.56 of 2013, Rampur P.S. Case No.56 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17794 of 2015 (7) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 has been typed.

(ii) In the eighth line of third paragraph of the order, at page No.2, Rampur P.S. Case No.56 of 2012 has been typed in place of Rampur P.S. Case No.56 of 2013. (iii) In the tenth line of third paragraph of the order, at page No.2, opposite party No.2 has been typed in place of petitioner No.1.

(iv) In the last line of second last paragraph of the order, at page Nos.2 and 3, Cr. Misc. No.17794 of 2014 has been typed in place of Cr. Misc. No.49461 of 2013. In view of the above, let the errors, aforementioned, be treated to be rectified and the order, dated 05.04.2016, be modified, to the extent as indicated above, and acted upon accordingly.
