This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Cr. (Juvenile) Appeal No. 44 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 27.04.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran in Garkha P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014 (J.Tr. No. 1342 of 2015), by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.

In view of the Report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Saran that the Petitioner has not appeared after he was released provisionally, evidently, this application is not maintainable and, hence, the Application is dismissed. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
