In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 238 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 406, 420, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 56714 of 2015 and vide order dated 9.2.2016, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected with the observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.8.2015.

No.21187 of 2016 (2) dt.01-06-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh (Patna) in connection with Barh P.S.
