The present writ petition has been filed for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order and direction for setting aside the order dated 08.06.2018 (Annexure-3) passed by the learned Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Begusarai in Revision Case No. 17 of 2008 whereby the said revision application has been dismissed for default due to nonappearance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the order passed by the Collector in Revision Case No. 17 of 2008 is challengeable before the Bihar Land Tribunal, but despite that, the petitioner has not exhausted the said remedy and has moved directly before this Hon'ble Court.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the writ petition stands disposed off, directing the petitioners to avail the remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal. It is made clear that any delay in filing the application shall be condoned. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U
