Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the order of Ajab Lal Yadav , Tanak Lal yadav and Bibhisan Yadav shot at the deceased Kamli @ Kameshwari Yadav rendering him seriously injured and other persons started to drag the deceased thereafter the informant, his mother and her sister started to raise alarm on which all the named persons fled away. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2014 and charge sheet has

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. There is no specific allegation made against the petitioner. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner's name has come during the investigation. Considering eh aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger in S.T. No. 772 of 2013 arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case No. 36 of 1997.
