The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016 registered under Sections 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act, 1956. It is submitted that there is no material to support the allegation that the petitioner was living on the earning of prostitution or inducing or taking any person for the sake of prostitution or was carrying on prostitution in the vicinity of public places. It is further submitted that the entire FIR has been instituted on the basis of wild suspicion and hypothetical
