JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 This writ application seems to have been filed more by way of an adversarial litigation. The petitioner claims himself to be the Vice-President of Fair Price Dealer Association, Aurangabad but he does not want that the State Government should give license to more than two Public Distribution Shops in an area where the population is about 3900. There is no reason why the petitioner being an office bearer of Fair Price Dealers Association will raise an objection against the Government providing one more Public Distribution
Patna High Court CWJC No.14251 of 2017(4) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Shop for the benefit of the local people. It is more a matter of policy decision.
The writ application is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed accordingly.
