Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Arer P.S.Case No.114 of 2018 dated 20.7.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 498(A), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners who happen to be inlaws is of subjecting to cruelty. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and concocted rather due to

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 (informant), who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that they are not allowing her to reside in the house..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as discussed above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Munsif cum J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Arer P.S.Case No.114 of 2018 dated 20.7.2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
