According to the prosecution case itself, the seized fire-arm and cartridge were produced by one Sunil Kumar and the same has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
