JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 This application has been filed, seeking modification in the order dated 29.01.2019 only to the extent of discrepancy in the cause title in the said order.

Though, fathers' names of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have been typed in the cause title of the order dated 29.01.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 751 of 2019, the word "son" between the names of the petitioners and their fathers' names is missing, in respect of both the petitioners. Further, father's name of petitioner no.2 is Narayan Sah, which has been wrongly typed as Narayan Roy.

Let the said order dated 29.01.2019 be read

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32620 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the original application being Cr. Misc. No. 751 of 2019, inasmuch as it relates to the name of father of petitioner no.2.
