2. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 11.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10707 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with other was granted anticipatory bail by this court on 11.03.2024 but petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court in time as petitioner is suffering from cardiac problem and the doctor advised him for complete bed rest and hence, he prays that time for surrender may be extended for further period of three weeks from today.

4. Learned APP for the State does not controvert the said submission.

5. Accordingly, time for surrender of the petitioner, named above, in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 is extended for further period of three weeks from today.

6. In the aforesaid manner, order dated 11.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10707 of 2024 stands modified to the extent stated above, in respect of petitioner only.

7. With the aforesaid observation, this modification petition stands disposed of.
