08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 8 as well as Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of Accountant General, Bihar. The petitioner, whose husband died in the month of June, 1998 as Dafadar, Circle No. 4, Anchal Ajam Nagar, District Katihar, has approached this Court, with a prayer to direct respondents to clear non-paid retiral dues i.e. G.P.F., A.C.P. and arrear of family pension as well as family pension. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 & 4 and a specific stand has been taken in paragraph - 7 that after the death of the husband of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1719 of 2014 (5) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 petitioner, she was already paid amount under the head of group insurance, gratuity, un-utilised leave salary and she is regularly being paid family pension. Regarding the claim of G.P.F. amount, it has been stated that G.P.F. account number was not allotted and as such, there was no contribution under the head of G.P.F. Keeping in view the fact that all death-cum-retiral dues have already been paid and the petitioner is getting family pension, no positive direction is required to be issued in the present petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
