The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others entered into the house of the informant after breaking the lock but the informant was inside the house.

It is submitted that the petitioner was caught by the informant but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28728 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015.
