The petitioner is accused in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Firdos. Thereafter, Police raided the house of the petitioner and apprehended him showing the recovery of Rs. 8000/- and two mobile sets from his house. Further submission is that, in fact, both mobile sets and cash, which are said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner, belongs to the petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20815 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.03.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.
